30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all standard, non-custom products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind:

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In resalable condition

You may arrange your own courier or request collection from us. A collection fee will apply.

Return and collection costs are the customer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the item size and delivery location.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing fault
  • Is not the item you ordered

We will arrange free collection and provide either a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.

We recommend reporting any damage or faults within 48 hours of delivery and providing photographic evidence so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

You must notify us within this 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Where required by law, your refund will include the standard delivery charge. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

This cancellation right does not normally apply to customised, bespoke or made-to-order products.

Delivery and Access Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be safely delivered into their property.

Before placing your order, please check:

  • Hallways
  • Staircases
  • Lifts
  • Access routes
  • Any other restricted areas

If delivery cannot be completed because of access restrictions, the order may be treated as a change-of-mind return and collection or return charges may apply.

Custom and Made-to-Order Sofas

Customised, bespoke and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please make sure that all measurements, fabric choices, colours and product specifications are correct before placing your order.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a deduction in value.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must include a valid order confirmation, receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Additional delivery or collection charges may apply unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where a refund of those charges is required by law.
