4. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed via www.mueblin.co.uk
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- Pricing errors occur
- Payment is not authorised
- Products are unavailable
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

Customer Responsibilities

👉 If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, this will be treated as a change-of-mind return, and additional charges may apply.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on standard (non-custom) products.
Change of Mind
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In resalable condition
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- We will arrange free collection
- A full refund or replacement will be provided
We recommend reporting any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Legal Right to Cancel
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

- You then have 14 days to return the item

All sofa and bed frames are covered by a 5-Year Structural Guarantee, covering manufacturing defects in the internal frame.
This does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Fabric or upholstery damage
- Accidental damage or misuse
This guarantee operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Mueblin Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased
