Mueblin Sorrento 3 Seater 1

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 30 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Mueblin Ltd through www.mueblin.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Company Name: Mueblin Ltd
Company Number: 16396569
Registered in: England and Wales
Registered Office: Unit CS4 Junction 7 Business Park, Blackburn Road, Accrington, England, BB5 5JW

2. Products

Mueblin specialises in handmade sofas and other furniture products, many of which are made to order in the UK.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, colours and images are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur.
  • Fabric shades may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
  • Natural and handmade materials may have small variations between products.
  • Measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Minor natural variations are not normally considered faults. This does not affect your rights where goods are materially different from their description, faulty, unsatisfactory or not fit for purpose.

3. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check product details, selected size, fabric, colour, quantity, delivery information and other options before submitting an order.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • A pricing or product information error has occurred.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • The product or selected material becomes unavailable.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
  • We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.

Where we cancel an order after receiving payment, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP ยฃ) and include VAT where applicable.

Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely using the payment providers and payment methods displayed on our website or at checkout.

Deposit Payments

Where a deposit payment option is available, the amount payable immediately and the remaining balance will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.

The outstanding balance must be paid in accordance with the payment instructions provided with your order.

Paying a deposit does not remove or reduce any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to your order.

If an order is cancelled outside any applicable statutory cancellation right, any deduction from a deposit or advance payment will be limited to amounts that we are legally entitled to retain, including reasonable losses or costs directly resulting from the cancellation where applicable.

5. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products

Many Mueblin sofas are manufactured after an order is placed.

A product is not treated as bespoke simply because it is manufactured after your order or because you select a size, fabric or colour from the standard options offered on our website.

Standard made-to-order products selected from our normal range remain subject to applicable consumer cancellation rights.

A product may be considered bespoke or personalised where it is made to your specific requirements outside our normal range, for example:

  • A non-standard size or measurement requested specifically by you.
  • A fabric, finish or material specially sourced for your order.
  • A structural or design alteration requested specifically by you.
  • Other clearly personalised specifications that make the product unique to you.

Genuine bespoke or personalised products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

This exclusion does not affect your rights if a bespoke item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

6. Delivery

We deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times will be shown on the product page, during checkout, in your order information, or communicated to you after purchase.

Made-to-order products may require a longer manufacturing and delivery period than items already in stock.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Occasionally delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Before ordering, customers should ensure that the furniture can safely access the intended property and room.

Please check:

  • Door widths and heights.
  • Hallways and corridors.
  • Staircases and landings.
  • Lifts where applicable.
  • Gates and external access.
  • Any tight turns or restricted access points.

You must also provide accurate delivery details and ensure that somebody authorised to accept the delivery is available where required.

If delivery cannot reasonably be completed because incorrect information was supplied, nobody is available to accept the delivery, or suitable access was not provided, reasonable redelivery, storage or collection costs may apply.

7. Returns & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, Mueblin offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible standard products.

Change of Mind

For eligible products, a return request should be made within 30 days of delivery.

For returns made under our additional 30-day policy, products should:

  • Be unused except for reasonable inspection.
  • Be kept in good and resalable condition.
  • Be returned with accessories and components supplied with the product.
  • Be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning or collecting a change-of-mind item.

8. Your Legal Right to Cancel Online Orders

Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible online order without giving a reason.

For goods, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

After notifying us of cancellation, goods should normally be returned within 14 days.

Where you are responsible for return costs, we recommend contacting us before arranging the return of large furniture.

Where required by law, your refund will include the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for premium or upgraded delivery services may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

We may make a lawful deduction where the value of returned goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the goods in a shop.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Goods supplied by Mueblin must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We recommend notifying us of visible delivery damage within 48 hours and providing photographs where possible. This helps us investigate delivery damage quickly, but failure to report within 48 hours does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, remedies may include:

  • Repair.
  • Replacement.
  • Price reduction.
  • Collection and refund.

Where goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise legally rejectable, we will bear reasonable return or collection costs where required by law.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process refunds promptly, normally within 5โ€“10 working days once the return has been received and assessed.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after we have processed it.

11. 24-Month Structural Guarantee

Eligible Mueblin sofas include a 24-Month Structural Guarantee from the date of delivery.

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects affecting the internal structural frame under normal domestic use.

The structural guarantee does not normally cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Gradual softening or settling of cushions.
  • Fabric, upholstery or cosmetic wear.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper care.
  • Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, liquids or chemicals.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised alterations or repairs.
  • Damage resulting from use contrary to reasonable household use.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help assess a guarantee claim.

The 24-Month Structural Guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Fabric Samples

We may provide free fabric samples to help customers assess colour and texture before ordering.

Samples are provided as a guide. There may be minor variations between a sample and finished upholstery because of lighting, material batches and normal manufacturing variation.

We therefore recommend ordering fabric samples before purchasing where colour or texture is particularly important to you.

13. Care & Use

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with their furniture.

Furniture should be used for its intended purpose and protected from avoidable damage, excessive moisture, unsuitable cleaning products, direct heat and other conditions likely to cause damage.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

Products sold through our consumer website are intended primarily for domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity where you purchased the product as a consumer.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will contact you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights regarding significant delivery delays remain unaffected.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on this website, including text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos and website design, belongs to or is licensed to Mueblin Ltd.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission except where permitted by law.

17. Privacy & Cookies

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy or cookie consent information.

18. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Email: cs@mueblin.co.uk

Please include your order number and relevant photographs or information where appropriate.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or applicable law.

The Terms that apply to an order will generally be those in force when the order was placed, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and may have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
